Switches and points
We conduct a diagnosis, based on plans and/or field surveys, when full or partial modification or modernisation of your railway installations and points in particular are required.
Whether it’s retrofitting or reverse engineering, our engineers excel at analysing technologies requiring exact reproduction or modification (type of points, rail frog, equipment radius, length, tangent, etc.).
We can offer you any type of device (single turnout with right-hand, or left-hand turnout, or symmetrical, double junction crossing, 3-track point), on any type of support (wood, concrete or metal sleepers), with rail frogs cast in manganese steel or assembled rail, with any type of rail (50E2/EB50, 50E6/50kg/U50, 60E1/UIC60, 54E1/UIC54, etc.).
We can also offer our own manual or electric switch operating boxes (central or side boxes).
Seeking a new, overhauled or hybrid system?
Cutting costs doesn’t mean sacrificing quality or safety. Following inspection, testing and refurbishment, used equipment can have a new lease of life following customised modification to the new user’s specifications (to reflect traffic density, speed or tonnage).

As a kit or preassembled?
If you’re seeking to boost installation capacity and cut labour costs, our preassembled solutions are perfect choices. They come in the shape of kits (containing all the material and with items labelled), or fully assembled and ready for installation. As a result, major work is possible in a very short period of time (a weekend, for example).

- Liaising with you to define your requirements and expectations from a budgeting and engineering viewpoint (EN13232, UIC 700 standards) or national standards (SNCF, INFRABEL, etc.)

Track components – an end-to-end solution
At DAXI, we want tracklayers to have easy access to all equipment, such as sleepers, rails, fishplates, tie plates, bolts, linkage and shunting, transition rails, expansion joints, points, rail frogs (assembled or cast), guard rails, etc.
We manufacture in our own workshops and are also approved distributors for various brands (please contact us to find out more).
